7CARD.NET: Poker Tournaments

With the increasing popularity of Texas Poker, also other kinds of poker tournaments started to gain importance worldwide.

So, Omaha, 5 Card Stud Poker, 5 Card Draw Poker and 7 Card Stud Poker have become well-known games all over the world. Everyone of these specialties has its peculiarities, for example Omaha is played with 4 own cards and 5 community cards and the winning hand is made using 2 cards obligatorily own and 3 community cards, the 5 Card Stud, is played with 5 own cards with 3 face-up cards and 2 face-down cards, the 5 Card Draw, instead it inspired by the philosophy of the classic poker, using 5 own cards with the possibility to change the cards (it's played both the version with all the 52 cards and the version 7-A in which the cards, in increasing order, from 7 to Ace), ending with the one that people thinks the most mathematical game, the 7 Card Stud Poker, of which we will deal in the next pages.
